Mid-century modern and contemporary, this project called for the clean, uncomplicated lines and even surface of concrete. They wanted a deck that didn’t heat up too much in the sun, feels good to walk on and didn’t require much maintenance. Those needs are perfectly met with these seamless concrete tiles.

For example; brick comes in many colours and is durable but requires a lot of maintenance to prevent moss growth. Wood can be designed in many eye catching and aesthetically pleasing ways but it slippery when wet and require seasonal maintenance to prevent splintering.
Poured concrete has been the material of choice for pool decking for decades because it’s durable and water-resistant. When finished with a brushed surface, poured concrete allows swimmers to walk barefooted without the risk of slipping. Alternatively, a smoother concrete look can prevent the concrete from ruining bathing suit bottoms and be easier on the body for climbing and playing.
